Meet Dr. Andrea Bowens-Jones

A polymer chemist by training, Dr. Andrea Bowens-Jones is a former Procter & Gamble (P&G) R&D Director with a long history of developing talent. In 2016 she launched IDG Vision, LLC a boutique coaching and training and firm. Dr. Andrea leverages her experiences to equip leaders and their organizations. She has worked with leaders across a wide variety of industries offering 1-on-1 and group coaching, workshop facilitation, and mastermind groups. She has been a keynote speaker at women's conferences and a guest on numerous podcasts.
